With the cross member removed, the complete assembly slipped right in place. The cross member installed and back trans mount bolted. I still need to install the front motor mount and anti torque bar. Note how much cleaner and free space is in the engine compartment now. I am fabricating motor mounts that will bolt into existing mount holes from the old ICE.

Having a lift makes everything so much easier, especially getting older that concrete is harder to get up off of.

Here is my motor mount that drops into the old engine mount. GM has many holes for various engines so I tapped other holes to use with my mount. I had a friend roll the diameter, I machined and welded the rest of it. I made the base plates larger to possible add a mount for the air conditioning compressor.
